This course takes you through all of the Communicare modules in great detail one by one. It is intended for on site trainers who need to know every nook and cranny of Communicare (before they undertake the Superuser course!). It's also intended for users who just need to know more about Communicare or who found the introductory courses didn't contain enough information for them and have been left wanting more.

This course is a stepping stone to the Superuser course, so if you are considering undertaking the Superuser course, this is a great way to ensure you have all of the required knowledge to take on the Superuser course!
